Business-grade IT operations

IT shouldn't be
the thing slowing you down.

From computer repair and server deployment to enterprise networking, we build IT foundations your business can actually rely on — stable, scalable, and backed by people who stay accountable. Fixing the issue is the start; lasting reliability is the delivery.

  • On-site inspection & repair within 4 hours, typically
  • Diagnose first, quote before any work
  • A consistent engineer on your case
What we do

Six pillars that keep your business running.

Computers, servers, networks, cybersecurity, and the cloud — handle any of them on their own, or hand the whole stack to us. Open any of them for details.

From "it won't boot" to "it's slow again" to lost data — we pin down the real cause before touching anything. Hardware, OS, and drivers handled end to end, and every job ships with a clear write-up plus advice to prevent the next occurrence.

Rack, colocation, or cloud — we match the setup to your workload instead of recommending the most expensive option. After launch we keep running the backups, monitoring, and upgrades so it keeps running.

Wired and wireless rollout, switching and routing design, firewall and access control — we make networking a foundation that never becomes the bottleneck. When something does drop, we know exactly which segment to look at first.

Threats don't announce themselves. We deploy endpoint protection (EDR / anti-malware), firewall and access hardening, patch management, and monitoring that actually warns you when something is off. On top of that, we help you reach personal-data compliance under Malaysia's PDPA — including a breach-response process — so your customers and your auditors can stop worrying.

Server moves to Azure or the cloud, mail and files onto Microsoft 365 — done with a migration plan and a defined cutover window, not by trial and error. Then we keep running the day-to-day: licensing, mailboxes, OneDrive, Teams, domains and business email.

From invoicing to onboarding, reporting to sync — we map the work your team does over and over, then wire it into an automated pipeline. Every run is logged, monitored, and has a human in the loop for the decisions that matter.

How we work

Four steps — no technical knowledge required.

Each step produces a clear deliverable, the quote is fixed before work starts, and the whole process is traceable.

STEP 01

Diagnose

Free on-site or remote assessment to find the real cause — not a guess.

STEP 02

Scope it

Clear quote, timeline, and impact, set down before we begin.

STEP 03

Execute

Proper handling with backups before risky steps, everything logged.

STEP 04

Support

Ongoing monitoring and periodic care after go-live. Someone stays accountable.

Why teams pick us

Small businesses don't need the most expensive. They need the most dependable.

A partner you can reach when things break, whose quote doesn't grow mid-job, and who won't leave you staring at a black box afterwards.

R.01

A consistent engineer

Not a faceless ticket queue — the same person follows your case, so context never falls through the cracks.

R.02

Quote before we work

We diagnose first, then quote. You decide whether to fix it and what it costs. We don't make a living off "let's just swap it and see."

R.03

On-site inspection & repair

We come to your site — typically within 4 hours. On-site checks and hands-on repairs are part of the service, with a clear quote before any work begins.

R.04

Someone's there after the fix

Monitoring, backups, periodic health checks. You don't need to remember any of it — we do.

Questions, answered

Things people usually ask before we start.

Most single hardware or OS issues are resolved within 1–2 business days. If a part needs to be ordered, we confirm the ETA with you first. Anything we can solve remotely is usually finished within the same week, with no on-site trip required.

No. The quote covers a defined scope. If we find something genuinely new and unanticipated while working, we stop and explain it to you before continuing — you decide. No charge if the repair doesn't proceed.

Before any work, we confirm the backup state. If the job requires touching your data drives, we back up first, then proceed. We don't move your data off-site, and the process is traceable. NDA on request.

Yes. OS, software, network config, and server management can almost all be handled remotely. We come on-site only when it's truly needed — hardware swaps, cabling, physical issues.

That's exactly what it's for. The Standard plan is built for teams without an in-house IT head: we own the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and incident response — you just need to be able to reach a person when something happens.

Our core on-site range is the local metro area. For locations outside that, remote coverage is usually possible — we'll confirm together after the first call.
